These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Coaches Forge ("Service"), operated by Fennec Forge LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are intended for coaches, administrators, and other authorized team staff. You must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate institutional authorization to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to coaching and team management. You may not: (a) use the Service to collect, store, or process academic records, health records, or any FERPA-protected or HIPAA-protected information; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts; (c) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate practice plans and related content. AI-generated plans are suggestions only and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified coach before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular team or context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting all generated content.
The Service is designed to store only minimal information about student athletes as needed for roster and practice management: name, jersey number, position, grade level, and optional parent/guardian contact information. We do not collect or store academic records, health records, or other sensitive student data. You represent that you have appropriate authority or consent to enter any student or minor information into the Service.
Paid subscription plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as necessary to provide the Service, improve our product, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data or that of student athletes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FENNEC FORGE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
