Practice goals

Establish inside zone combinations, fit-gap tackling in the run game, and finish red-zone periods with tempo. Emphasize ball security and leverage at the second level.

    Jog, high knees, carioca, then 10-yard release stems at half speed. WRs work outside release vs. air; RBs foot-fire through bags.

    Inside Zone Fit & Finish

    OL works combo blocks to linebacker; RB reads A-gap threat and presses vertical. Defense fits with wrong-arm and spill call.

    Tackling Circuit — Leverage

    Three stations: near hip tackle, hawk roll, and sideline finish. Ball carrier aims for boundary; tacklers emphasize near shoulder.

    Half-line: OT sets to speed, OG works late twist. RB checks edge blitz and replaces DE on long stick.

    Ball on the 12. Offense must score in four plays or kick. Defense plays man-under with one robber.

    Punt team aligns vs. heavy jumbo; gunners press and funnel inside. Personal protectors make “can” calls.
